Column Locations
Initially, after the architect finalises the layout plan of the structure, we provide them with tentative column locations for their approval and comments.
Structural Analysis
After their comment and final approval, we perform analysis on ETABS software to check the feasibility of the structural members required and then we provide the structural member sizes for their further approvals.
Commencement Certificate
During that process, we provide the design analysis document to the client/municipal architect to obtain CC i.e. commencement certificate from the concerned department.
RCC Drawings
Once CC is received, we start working on the final architectural layout to provide stage-wise RCC drawing.
Plinth Completion
After plinth is completed, we provide plinth completion certificate.
Occupation Certificate
Finally, when the project is completed, we provide completion certificate for OC i.e. occupation certificate.
